We want you to love your PocketPress. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a return or cancellation request through your orders page.
Once you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation. You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us.
Refund of outbound shipping: We will refund the standard outbound shipping cost as part of your refund.
Refund timing: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to Pocketsbrew thermal mug, items that already have been opened and unpackaged, due to hygiene reasons.
Return Shipping
- Defective or damaged on arrival: We cover the cost. You'll receive a full refund or free replacement — no need to send the item back.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
- The PocketPress Thermal Mug cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene reasons. Unopened mugs in original packaging may be returned within the 14-day window.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
